PODERE CASAROTTA is a private villa in a XVIII century farmhouse, that has been restored, divided in six apartments, and provided with a swimming pool immersed in the silence of the countryside. Halfway between Florence and Arezzo, on the cliff of Pratomagno mountain, with a stunning sight on the whole Valdarno valley and the Chianti hills. Immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees (we still make our own organic olive oil). The apartments have one or two bedrooms each, living room with equipped kitchen, private bathroom and private outdoor garden area. Each apartment can sleep 2/4 persons, but they can be rented together to sleep any group up to 24 persons (14 in double beds + 10 in added beds/sofabeds)! One of the apartments (the stand-alone Hayloft) has a large dining room with 16 seats and a large private terrace with view where even larger groups can comfortably eat altogether in an unforgettable setting. Thanks to the privileged position, you will find a perfect balance between rest & relaxation and moving around to visit Tuscany. The house is secluded, silent and peaceful, but at the same time it's near to local town and villages: the nearest shopping point is Castelfranco, just 4kms away, and the A1 motorway is just at a 10 minutes drive.
