Apartment in the Dolomites

L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova nel centro del Paese, ottimo punto di partenza per i comprensori sciistici del superski dolomiti e passeggiate sulle Dolomiti. Vicino a casa si trovano ristoranti, supermercati e negozi per ogni necessità. The newly renovated apartment is located in the center of Predazzo, excellent starting point for the ski resorts of the Dolomites Superski and hiking in the Dolomites. Near house there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops for every need. L'alloggio è composto da un open space con cucina ad isola, tavolo da pranzo e divano letto. Dal salotto si può accedere al terrazzo coperto che affaccia sulla piazza principale di Predazzo. La casa dispone di 3 stanze matrimoniali e due bagni. Una delle stanze matrimoniali ha un balcone dal quale si possono ammirare le Dolomiti. La casa è molto luminosa e l'open space la rende ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono passare qualche giorno di vacanza insieme. In un dei bagni è presente anche una sauna con bagno turco per piacevoli momenti di relax The accommodation consists of an open space with a kitchen island, a dining table and a sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace that overlooks Predazzo's main squar. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony from which you can admire the Dolomites. The apartment is very bright and the open space makes it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a few days off together. In in the bathroom there is also a sauna with steam bath optionality for a lovely relaxing moment All apartment We will not be present in the house but are available for any need, request and suggestion you may have! The apartment is in the hearth of the town, near all services and facilities (supermarket, restaurant, cinema, etc...) There are public parking lot just outside the door (free from 18.00 till 8.00, only 0.7€/h during day). Close to the house there are also free parking lot Just outside the house there are bike sharing in summer (proper mountain bike, not city bike) In winter there is a ski shuttle that connect with the best ski areas in the alps!
