Townhouse in quiet area with communal pool The Casa Cocotero is a modern townhouse near to the beach and a large community pool. On the ground floor, there is the living room and dining area, separate kitchen and a guest toilet. In front of the living room, there is a beautiful terrace with a coconut palm tree, that gives the house its name. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a small patio behind the kitchen, where you can enjoy your first morning coffee. On the first floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a small balcony. The other two bedrooms (one of them has 2 beds, the other one has 1 bed that can be turned into 2) share a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with shower. The community pool is located on a sunny spot, which allows it to have a nice temperature the whole summer. It is open from the week before easter to the end of October. There is a generous studio with private shower room and large windows in the basement that can be rented at additional costs of 210 euros/week. The house also has a parking spot in the garage.
