Double French doors open out onto the sun terrace with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining. Living rooms: Spacious, comfortable sitting room with French doors opening onto a large sun terrace with stone barbecue. Several sofas/chairs offer plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house covers a total of 300 m2. Facilities include an English language Satellite TV, a DVD player and a supply of books, CDs and DVDs. Games room: The vast games room is lined with the barns original wooden cattle troughs which have been thoughtfully kept as a feature of the property. The games room houses a full-size table tennis table, dartboard and selection of games and toys. Garden and the private swimming pool: The private, heated fenced and gated pool measures 10m x 5m with walk-in roman end steps and has a constant depth of 1.5m. A freshwater lake with a sandy beach at Blasimon is just 38km away and is a popular attraction to take children for a day out.
