Layout Ground Floor Entering the ground floor of Villa Argento you will meet an open plan area consisted of the living room and the kitchen. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 48’’ Smart TV with Netflix and Playstation 4. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, making the process of preparing your home made meals as easy as possible. A breakfast counter and indoor dining table are also available and the room offers direct access to the veranda, BBQ facilities and pool. A WC can also be found on this level. The Master bedroom can be found on the ground floor which offers a King-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, A/C, an open wardrobe, 32” Smart TV, and patio doors which open onto a veranda with sea views.  First Floor Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find the two bedrooms of the Villa, one of which offers a King-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a Queen sized bed (2,00 X 2,00) upon request. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and offer balcony access. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub, rainshower and washing machine, and a small veranda with patio furniture are also available on this floor. Outdoor Area A private path from the main road leads you to the 400 m2 outdoor area of Villa Argento, where you will enjoy spending most of your time! The outdoor space is fenced for your privacy and enjoys amazing views of the Cretan sea, Fortezza fortress and the town of Rethymno.
