This COED room is occupied by both men and women. We are in an upper-middle-class neighborhood. We are the perfect location for you to feel safe and to provide SOCIAL DISTANCING in that we have 5800 sqft. We have 2 large living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a very large kitchen, 2 patio areas, and a backyard that sits on 5 lots. We are just a 4-minute walk to public transportation. It can hold up to eight people. I affirm that I have read the foregoing description by reserving this bed. We have more space than you will ever need. We have two oversize living rooms. One is more of a quiet room that our guests have used to just relax and read. The other has a 65-inch smart tv that you will have access to to watch our multitude of apps. We have two full-size dining areas that you may use to relax. Our guests have full access to our kitchen(something that many AirBNB hosts don’t allow), multiple common areas including two large living rooms, and a full size back yard which one can use to grill foods. We live in this home so our guests have 24 hour access to us to answer any questions or resolve any concerns. There is easy access to public transportation. One bus takes you directly downtown and the bus stop is only a 4 minute walk. We have on street no permit parking. Our home sits on 4 lots so we have plenty of parking available. Our neighborhood is one of the safest in the city of Chicago.
