Yallingup Valley Retreat resides on 3 acres of gently rolling hills with an expansive decking area, providing a perfect viewing point for the transient kangaroos and other iconic Australian wildlife. With soaring skylights filtering the warm caress of sunlight and a neutral colour palette and textures throughout, the Retreat emanates relaxed, coastal tranquillity. Open plan living is a focal point of this Retreat, allowing you to captivate yourself in the entertainers kitchen of your dreams, creating decadent dishes for yourself and your guests while still enjoying inclusiveness in the other “less formal” areas of the living room. Sleeping 6 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms, spoil yourself in the Master Suite which features a Pillow top King bed, stunning en-suite and an ample dressing room. In Bedrooms 2 & 3, indulge your guests with Pillow top Queen beds, with all three rooms being fitted with beautiful, quality linen. Guests in Bedroom 2 are also treated to a beautiful walk-in robe with a study/dressing area. Both the Master Ensuite and Main Bathroom offer freestanding baths, rainfall shower heads and lavish fittings that are sure to leave you feeling refreshed and pampered. You have access to unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house and a secluded private study area for your convenience if you wish to work during your stay. The Retreat is only a 5 minute drive away from Yallingup and Smiths beach and less than a 5 minute stroll to nearby top-tier restaurants and recognised art galleries displaying unique and rare creations from local and international artists. Yallingup Valley Retreat is supported with "stump flooring" as it is situated on a sloping valley. Although the decking area is protected with surrounding balustrades, due to the height of certain areas of the stump flooring consideration should be taken if guests are attempting to book with small children. Furthermore, due to the layout of the bedrooms the Retreat is better suited to travelling adult couples/friends/family as opposed to families with multiple young children.
