Stunning studio

Beautifully designed architect's studio is located in a quite residential area one street back from the sea front in Dun Laoghaire. 5 min walk to the Dart station (20 min the center of Dublin) and 3 min walk from all the main shops and cinema. Aircoach to and from Dublin Airport. Ideal base for visiting Dublin and exploring the Irish countryside and seaside walks. A large bright double height main room with a fold out sofa double bed and a small kitchen and Mezzanine floor has a standard king size bed and laptop-ready workspace. Shower room and toilet off the main room. Good quality bed linen provided. The studio has a deck area to the front facing into a beautifully landscaped garden and a private patio to the rear. WiFi available. Parking on the road. We provide guest parking at €2/day. Please note if you are 2 guests using separate beds a fee of €20 applies payable on arrival. We have no TV. Guests have private access through a secure gate at the side of the main house. Keys will be provided. Self check in We live in the main house and are available if required. Dun Laoghaire is a beautiful costal town with a lovely sea front with trendy restrants and bars and attractive piers. The famous 40 foot bathing place is 15 min walk. Close driving distance to the Wicklow mountains, Glendalough and other tourist attractions. 5 min walk to the Dart station, 3 min walk to the bus stop. 3 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. Nearest car rental is SIXT (5 min drive). 5 min walk to air coach to Dublin airport (50 min). Please leave the house in a tidy and clean condition. Please do not leave unwashed kitchenware, dishes, cutlery etc. and remove leftover to black bin, and empty bottles and tins to green bin.
