In the next room a large kitchen offers you all the necessary you need to cook and eat your tasty Tuscan meals, with simple and natural ingredients that you could find in the vegetable garden of the villa. The living area is completed by a small toilette. The first floor has the sleeping area with 3 bright bedrooms, 2 of them are double with en suite bathroom, and one single. The fourth double bedroom is on the second floor, and has its own bathroom. The last bedrooms is in the dependence, detached from the villa. This gorgeous outbuilding offers the possibility for two guest to have their personal space, perfect for who searches more privacy. Outside the villa offers an extended relaxing area where you will enjoy the beautiful summer days. In the garden there is a magnificent swimming pool, surrounded by a chilling-out area, completely equipped, from that you wouldn't go away. In a dedicated area there is a lovely portico, proceeds from an ancient drying room for the wheat, ideal to have dinner while watching the sunset; also thanks to the barbeque that the guests can use.
