One or our larger (14 by 17) Queen bedrooms with double French doors that open to the veranda overlooking our pool and gardens. Room features hand carved mahogany canopy bed, writing desk with chair, two comfortable club hairs, 40" TV with DVD. Lots of natural light from 4 windows and double French doors that open to the veranda overlooking our pool and gardens. Room # 6 at 14 by 17 feet is one of our larger rooms and features a writing desk with chair and two club chairs for reading or watching TV. Adjoining private bathroom with shower. Our inn has three common rooms - a formal parlor with word burning fireplace, garden room with small refrigerator and Keurig coffee service, formal dining room that opens to the covered brick patio and the pool area. We are a full service B&B inn - we meet you at check-in (2 - 7 pm) for guest orientation to go over restaurants, museums, inn features. We can help you plan your day and make reservations. We are 1/2 mile from the NW end of the historic district . . and easy walk or bike ride into town. We have 8 acres of land and only use 2 acres . . lots of land for grazing deer, etc. There are several small towns near St. Michaels that are on the water and quite charming . . an easy ride in your car or you can use our bikes. The most popular excursion is to take the bikes 8 miles over to the ferry landing at Bellevue and catch the ferry over to Oxford. We have several cats on site, but not in the inn. We also have 8 speed Breezer touring mikes for our guests to explore this area, ample onsite parking, and lovely gardens.
