Il tavolo ovale accoglie comodamente 12 persone e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con 5 fuochi e 2 forni adatta anche a cuochi provetti. Il bancone in legno è perfetto per aperitivi conviviali. Inoltre, una grande dispensa con attrezzature per la cucina, lavanderia e 3 bagni (lavabo e wc). Al piano superiore, un disimpegno porta a 4 camere da letto ognuna con letto matrimoniale king size e bagno completo di doccia (una anche con vasca e doccia), televisori da 49” uhd, aria condizionata, zanzariere, tende oscuranti e biancheria completa. Il Wifi è gratuito in tutta la casa. All'esterno un patio coperto attrezzato con tavoli, sedie e BBQ per pranzi e cene all'aperto. La piscina fuori terra è dotata di lettini, teli, ombrellone e doccia. Nelle giornate limpide si può anche godere della vista delle Prealpi e delle Alpi Orobiche. Attorno alla villa i 160 ettari di terreno sono coltivati a cereali e legumi, e un cascinale antico ospita l’azienda agricola. Un’ala della villa ospita gli uffici dell’azienda ma ciò non arreca alcun fastidio agli ospiti avendo essi un ingresso dedicato. E' il luogo adatto per percorsi di ciclismo, trekking, ecoturismo, yoga e golf. All’interno della tenuta è possibile, su richiesta e preventivo, organizzare feste, eventi matrimoni, pranzi, cene, barbecue professionali, cooking classes e show cooking. Infatti, nelle vicinanze ci sono vari castelli e dimore a testimonianza del periodo storico: il Castello di Lurano, Palazzo Visconti a Brignano, il Castello di Pagazzano. La villa si trova separata dal paese ma a 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro dove si trova un piccolo supermercato, una farmacia e tutti i generi e servizi di prima necessità. A 7 km le cittadine di Caravaggio e Treviglio offrono negozi e boutique di tutti i generi.
