Charming, calm, sunny and well equiped semi detached house characteristic of this authentic Pyrenean village. 2 enclosed gardens, front and rear, nice for "farniente", children games and long evening meals. 15 kms from Spain. Lake near by. This house has been belonging to our family for 60 years. We have kept its original charm whilst improving the level of comfort (microwave, slice grill, mixer). Calm and reconnexion to nature and people guaranteed! Close to Spain (10km) No WIFI no TV except K7 for kids! The kids spend all the day in the trees, in the big lake, or in the big equipped attic during rainy days. Enjoy using our wood stove. You will be welcomed by Brigitte, native from the village,who will assist you all throughout your stay. I live one hour away from the house and can come quickly if needed. Very typical village feast during 1st week of august. Magnificent ancient Roman church with historical paintings. Concerts during summer. The house is at the end of a 20m cul-de-sac. If neighbours are there, you just can park to drop your luggages, but you have many places in the village (30m). You can also park your car in the garden in front of the house. Please note that the neighbours are authorized tout cross the front garden to join their house. They are vert rarely present
