Nestled in a quiet and secure complex named Diep in Die Berg - next to a popular Wedding & Functions venue in Pretoria East - this townhouse is the perfect spot for a couple, small family or one person looking for a peaceful retreat away from busy city life, without leaving the city. The newly renovated unit has a spacious bedroom furnished with a Cloud Nine Queen size bed, a spotlessly clean en suite bathroom, a cozy corner in the living room with a 3/4 bed size sleeper couch for one child, a smart kitchen equipped with top brand appliances, essential utensils, and a 4-seater dining table. The space is great for your wellbeing, and here is why: 1) the unit is north facing which means it has lots of natural light throughout the day; 2) the green surroundings mean there is plenty of fresh air to breathe; 3) the absence of noise means you can enjoy an amazingly peaceful day and sleep like a baby at night. That's why we call it The Kindaspace. NB: Please note that the Complex is a very quiet environment so guests are required to conduct themselves in a way to avoid noise and disturbance to other residents. The complex is within 5 minutes drive to several retail centres in Pretoria East including The Grove Mall, Lynwood Lane, The Glen Village, and Silverlakes Crossing where there is plenty of free and paid parking. While self-driving guests will find it easier to get around, Uber is a reliable alternative if you don’t bring your own car. We can also recommend a trusted partner driver for those who need a private shuttle service. We don't recommend the place for guests relying solely on public transport. We will be available in person, on Phone, Email, and (Hidden by Airbnb) to assist during your stay. The townhouse is located in a secure, access controlled complex next to Diep in die Berg Wedding, Conference & Functions Centre in the suburb of Wapadrand in Pretoria East. It is within easy reach of several shopping and entertainment spots. For dining out, guests have access to Diep in die Berg Restaurant located within the Events Centre. For more dining and shopping options, most of the popular South African shops can be found at the Glen Village Shopping Centre and The Grove Shopping Mall which are both a mere 5 minutes drive away. For the ultimate retail therapy and entertainment experience, the iconic Menlyn Park Shopping Mall, and the trendy Menlyn Maine Time Square, are both just 10 minutes away. Getting to other parts of the City is quick and easy. The Complex is located just off Solomon Mahlangu Drive while the N1 and N4 highways are within (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes drive.
