Staycation @ our Lake!

Casual Executive Lakefront Home-This is our primary home which we rent out when we travel. It is not a rental house as so many are on airbnb now. We welcome guests to our home with use of all our amenities for a memorable 'staycation' : Enjoy swimming/kayaking/sand volleyball in our yard. BBQ in our outdoor kitchen and gather around the bonfire. Bedrooms have en suite full baths. Games/puzzles and toys for children are here for your enjoyment. Great Setting for entertaining. Gatherings are allowed for $500 fee. Located in the rural safe quiet town of Oxford, GA just north of Covington where you will find the quintessential Square with shops/restaurants. And center of 'Hollywood of .the South' filming! Walking tours of famous movie sites and 60 Historic Southern Homes. Close to the Georgia International Horse Park 2+ acre property- privacy 3 miles to Georgia International Horse Park 5 miles from rt 20 35 miles to Atlanta Please note, longer than 30 day rentals are still considered finite. This is NOT a long term rental and government regulations about evictions DO NOT APPLY. This is a short term VACATION RENTAL ONLY and all monies for dates are paid up front. We are sorry, but due to Covid and the size of our home that is disinfected thoroughly between guests, the cleaning fee is $300/stay. We do not rent for less than 5 nights and we do not do back to back rentals.
