LE RIAD -230m² Loft to the foot of the Cathedral

In a quiet environment , this apartment of 230 m² Resolutely contemporary and arranged around an outdoor patio, the Riad has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 7 travellers. This apartment is perfectly adapted for family or professional stays in the former capital of the Dukes of Brittany. You will appreciate its contemporary decoration mixed with the charm of the old one as well as its very large and luminous living rooms organized around the outside patio. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, 4 burner induction cooker but also kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher...). It also has a large table and 8 chairs to take your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The living room offers you table football, flat screen TV, internet connection, desk, large library and several sofas and armchairs to relax on. On the same level, the large master suite has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a double Italian shower as well as a dressing room. The kitchen, living room and master suite have direct access to the lovely patio, so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two additional bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub) preserving the privacy of everyone. We also provide a washing machine and drying machine as well as an iron and ironing board. For your vehicle, access to the large private garage with direct access to the apartment. The Cocoonr Agency The Riad accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport The neighbourhood has all the necessary shops nearby (bakery, press, florist, grocery store, restaurants...). Thanks to its central location, you will have a wide range of sightseeing options: the Cathedral and the Jardin des Plantes are next door, the Arts Museum is 400 m away, the Castle is 800 m away, as well as the whole city centre. For those who use public transport, the station and tramway are a 7-minute walk away and the nearest Bicloo station is 300 m away.
