This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot called Blaengwynfi in Port Talbot with fantastic views. It is close to Afan Forest Park, Aberavon Beach and other fantastic beaches, Glyncorrwg Ponds Mountain Bike Centre, the wonderful cities of Swansea and Cardiff, the Brecon Beacons, and the pretty town of Maesteg with many shops and amenities. There are several, fantastic places to eat nearby too. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, a DVD player, a CD player, a pool table, a dart board, a log burner, Alexa and super fast, fibre internet access. There are plenty of books, DVDs, games and CDs to choose from in the cottage. In the newly landscaped garden, there is a patio area with a patio dining set and a barbecue to enjoy. This cottage has 2 bedrooms but can sleep up to 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds. There are two additional double sofa beds in living areas. If you are going to use the sofa beds, then you will need to take your own bedding for these. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a bath and a shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Both have heated towel rails. Gas & electricity have to be purchased using meter cards which can be topped up at the local shop. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is off-site/street parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are welcome at the property.
