This modern villa is the perfect choice for families, friends or any travellers who are looking for a cozy and intimate villa which is still very close to all amenities and the beautiful beach. The villa is located 2 km south from Omis or only 20 minutes of walk along the sea promenade to the old town of Omis. The pebble beach is only 60 m from the house and the house is oriented towards west so that you can enjoy the perfect panoramic seaview with sunset. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (bed size180x210) with 3 en-suite bathrooms and an additional guestroom with a sofa bed (with fullsize mattress) and one more bathroom so it has a capacity to accomodate maximum 8 persons. On the ground floor is a large open plan comfortably furnished and fully equiped kitchen,spacious dinning and livinig room with the guestroom and bathroom. On the top floor are 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a big loggia with two lounge chairs overlooking sea ,island and pine trees .In the basement there is a sauna for 2 people and a small gym. The villa offers a double garage parking place and 3 outside parking places. The house is surrounded by a garden and big wooden barbecue on the east side, an intimate patio on the south side and the inifity pool with a spacious sundeck / terrace on the west side from where you can see Omis, the sea and the best sunset you can imagine.
