Tiny Oasis on the Quarry sleeps 4 with comfort!

We live on 10 acres, 4-5 acres is water. A beautiful spring fed Quarry. You can kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish and simply relax on the beautiful deck. January 2020 we opened The Golf Simulator at the Quarry. Guest are able to book it by calling us directly. Special rates apply when staying in one of our Tiny Houses. Rent a fishing pole for $10/day. Because the space is small we ask that there only be a maximum of four guest. The first 2 guest are included in the price and guest 3-4 are $30 per person per night. Should you have more than 4 the price goes up significantly at $60 per person/per night. We really encourage no more than 4 guest! Your welcome to use the kayaks and paddle boats. We ask that you please stay away from Tiny Paradise and their dock. Please DO NOT go past the deck as the holding tanks are back there. If you walk on them and they break you will be held responsible. So, just don’t go back there! :-). Thank you! Once in the water on boats or swimming DO NOT get off the boats and climb rocks or get on neighbors property. The shore line along the west side between the dock and where the rocks jet out in the water in the corner....you can get out anywhere along there. Thank you. Regarding fishing: it’s catch and release. If you do want to fish you can rent a pole for $10/day. Your welcome to have guest visit you while you are staying in Oasis for the day. Day guest are $25 and can use paddle boats, kayaks, swim, etc. Because Oasis has holding tanks we ask that the day guest please use the port-a-potty on the back side of golf sim building. It is kind of hidden, next to changing room. Cleanest port-a-potty you will find! :-) THANK YOU! Also, we own Quail Run Divers Quarry - which is a scuba business. You may see several scuba divers especially in the weekends. However, they should know NOT to use the dock and are to say on the north side of the orange cones. We are usually available and love to meet our guest. However, we leave it up the guest as to how much privacy you want. Since we live in the county houses are not close together. However one of the the nicest and newest subdivisions is just across the road from us. We are one mile from the nearest grocery store, places to eat, gas stations etc. Nothing is really to far when your in Rolla. No smoking in the house! We have a small schnoodle dog named Rylee. He can only go so far from our house as we have a wireless fence. He is friendly and loves for guest to pet him. He is a barker until you pet him. :-) Also, since the Quarry also host scuba divers there may be times where there could be a few or a lot of divers. They tend to keep to themselves and are underwater most of the time. There could be times that they are around the dock close to Oasis as there is a training platform there. If you ever feel you are being “crowded” let us know and we can go talk to the divers and have them move. Your our first priority and we want your stay to be a great one!!!
