On the first floor is a spacious light lounge with Smart TV. There is also an additional reading area for you to sit back and relax whilst enjoying a glass of wine. There is an small outside balcony. Stairs from the lounge lead to the ground floor where you will find a fabulous large open plan kitchen dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a free standing fridge freezer and large range cooker - perfect for hosting a family get together. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight with a sofa and Smart TV. Also on the ground floor is a WC with wash hand basin. Harbour Moorings also has access to St Eia Street via the kitchen and there is a small courtyard with hosepipe and washing line for your wetsuits. The master bedroom on the top floor has stunning sea views across the Harbour and Porthminster Beach. There is ample storage, Smart TV and a couple of relaxing chairs to take in the view. Also on this floor is a bunk bed room with sea glimpses. A family bathroom is also situated on this floor and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
