4 Bed Lincolnshire Farmhouse Dog & Family Friendly

Croxton House is a 4 bed self catering accommodation, with extensive gardens in a quiet, rural location. A former Georgian farmhouse, we are dog and family friendly. The four bedrooms have double or super king beds - with three being available as twin beds. All rooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and those which arent En Suite - have basins too. As you enter through the large, traditional front door - a large hallway precedes you. Off to the left is the Dining Room, fully equipped with a large dining table. Out of the dining room and straight ahead is the Lounge. The Lounge has a digital TV with Netflix. There is also an electric heater for a warm, comfy feel. Our modern, newly installed kitchen is equipped with everything you need - along with a washer/dryer, fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. As you walk up the fantastic staircase with original mahogany bannister, you will find the four bedrooms. The first, our EnSuite Double or Twin is a lovely room. With either a super king or two single beds, the large en suite bathroom is a step down - with a bathtub and mixer shower. Next room along is the smaller or the four, a standard double room with basin. Its got a great view of the paddock where you can watch the ponies grazing. Our next room is our Double or Twin room. With either a super king or two single beds, its a spacious and well decorated room with another great view. Our last room is our spacious Family room. Again, with either a super king or 2 single beds, we also can add a temporary single bed for the kids. The bathroom facilities are modern and clean. With one being a shower room and the other a good size with a shower over bath. Please note that the owners (young family) live in a separate annexe adjoined to the property - and will be heard at some points during your stay. The driveway is shared with the owners.
