Gite "Soleil levant"

20 minutes from Angoulême, near La Rochefoucauld, a few hundred meters from the village of Pranzac, Claire and Eric Pellerin will welcome you in an old estate entirely restored in local architecture on foundations of the 15th century and on a space of 3 hectares. Without immediate vicinity and away from traffic, you will enjoy peace and serenity, in a green setting, at the edge of the park of the old Pranzac castle. The equipment and activities offered will allow families to have a pleasant stay. The Gîte is located in the old barn of a Charentais dwelling, near two other gîtes and the owners' house. On the ground floor are the dining room, the kitchen area, a laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom and a toilet. The exposed stone walls and beams combine the charm of the old with modern comfort (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, flat screen TV). Upstairs: a bedroom with 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, a second toilet. Facing South-East, the private terrace allows, for a large part of the year, to enjoy a breakfast in the rising sun. The garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue await you. If it is too hot, you will enjoy the shade of the trees, or you will move on the North terrace (not private). Shared: 6000 m2 garden and grounds with multi-sport net, children's playground. Reception of training courses and seminars, equestrian activities with the neighboring equestrian farm.
