Gite located 15 km from the Restaurant d'ANTOINE DUPONT in the village of CASTELNAU MAGNOAC (Haute Pyrénées). With a surface area of 200 m², this residence can accommodate up to 10 travellers and is composed as follows Warm living space with its fireplace overlooking the garden, very large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its adjoining shower room, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The accommodation: Day area on the ground floor: - Large and beautiful living room of 40 m² bright thanks to its southern exposure arranged with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, hammock and coffee table articulated around a functional fireplace. - Modern kitchen of 60 m² fully equipped with: wooden dining table, 10 chairs, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Access to a shaded north-facing terrace for lunch. - Laundry room with washing machine and toilet. Night space on the 1st floor: - South-facing master suite with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and its adjoining shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom opens onto a 25 m² balcony with two chairs and a table. - Bedroom 2 facing south of 25 m² with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3 is north-facing and has a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. - Bedroom 4 with two single beds. - Colourful bathroom with bathtub. - Separate WC. Outside : - North side: 25 m² terrace with dining table. Garden area of 200 m². - South side: 400 m² garden with trees, not enclosed, equipped with garden furniture and hammock so that you can enjoy a quiet time by the pond. Barbecue available. Nearby: - Pic du Midi at 1 hour by car - Lake Boulogne where an 8-arched viaduct stands. - The Gardens of the Hillen Pottery - La Bastide: typical market place - Toulouse, Lourdes and Tarbes are 1 hour away by car. Activities : Nestled in the heart of Gascony, neighbouring the Gers and the Hautes Pyrénées, the village of Boulogne-sur-Gesse is an ideal resting place for your holidays. You will have the opportunity to discover wonderful landscapes through walking, cycling or horse riding; you will be able to admire the Gimone Lake. Explore the region and discover its jewels; the Save valley, the gorges and the Gallo-Roman village will impress you! For the more adventurous, you will have the opportunity to try paragliding or bungee jumping.
