The apartment is about 38 square meters in size, has 1.5 rooms and is a new building. Well insulated, underfloor heating, tiles and clay plaster provide a pleasant and allergy-friendly climate. The kitchen is fully equipped. The old cinema chairs invite you to linger. Wi-Fi and TV (Netflix / Amazon) are included. The small bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area with double bed is open plan and accessible via a small staircase. Therefore rather not suitable for small children or for people with mobility problems. On request, 1 mattress and a cot can be set up. Then it will be tight.
