Next you will find the kitchen-living area with fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, water kettle, American coffee, moka and everything you need. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet, hairdryer, soap-shampoo and towels. The upper level overlooking the kitchen-living area is accessible via a few comfortable stairs, also made up of a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV. Parking: In case of arrival by car in agreement with a private garage only 5 minutes from the apartment, the price for a standard car is 26.00 Euro (31.00 Euro for a large car) for 24 hours instead of € 36.00, including entry fee and cancellation of the license plate by the municipal police ZTL system.
