Any excess cleaning may attract an additional fee which will be deducted from the property security bond. >> Damage / Breakages - Any breakages or damage must be reported prior to checkout. Depending upon the nature or extent of breakage / damage additional fees may be charged/deducted from the property security bond. >> Shellys Place is a lovely central location in a picturesque part of the Mornington Peninsula.
