ED Refnr. 2299545 We like to welcome you in our holiday house in Obergöriach/Dölsach. You van make a real active holiday in our area, you can go hiking, skiing, toboggan,snowboarden etc. with your “Skihitpass” you van visit every day another ski area in around 30km from our domicile ( Zettersfeld, Hochstein, Kals Großglockner, Matrei, Silian, and St. Jakob. Or just relax and go shopping, eating and/or drinking in Lienz. In the summertime the area and mountains invite you for a nice walk or a challenging tour by feet or bike, also mountain climbing, clambering, mountian biking, swimming, fishing, rafting etc. at Hochstein you can go summer toboggan at the “Osttiroler”. Our house is located at 800 m1 above sea level an provide you with a magnificat view at Lienz and the Dolomieten. Our house is separated in two apartments above each other. The upper apartment at the main entrance off the house has a comfortable living room / kitchen an a bathroom at this level. On the first floor are two separate bedrooms located. The sealing is there a bit low (170cm) but the two bedrooms are comfortable with two double beds ( 180x200 and 160x200 cm) `In the living room you are able to sleep also at a sleeping Couch (room can be divided with a curtain). The bathroom has a big walk in shower and a double sink. So in this apartment you can stay with 6 persons. At the Balkon you can enjoy the nice view at the “Dolomieten” The apartment below has a livingrooom with fire place and a couch that can be transformed in to a real comrtable double bed, a separate sleeping room with an electric box spring (180x200). A nice small kitchen and separate bathroom also with a walk in shower. At the terrace you can relax in the sun with and let the children play in the grass. In the garden is also the Sauna located, fire place, grill etc. So the this apartment is for 4 persons. Both apartments can be rented separately but also as one house. So if you, for example, plan to make holiday with two Families you still have your own private space to retreat. Our house is just new renovated in 2017/2018 is provided with all the latest luxury as floor heating, Wifi, TV.
