Inside the home has 4 bedrooms for 10 Guests: Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Triple King Single Bunk Bedroom 3 - King Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 King Single and a House Bunk Bed - Single Note: We have 2 portable cots available in addition to the beds. There are 2 full bathrooms (Ensuite with Spa Bath and Family Bathroom). The house has 2 separate indoor areas which are great for 2 families, or adults one side, kids the other... but....you will want to be outside all the time here! The Kids lounge room has new Electric Reclining Theater Chairs for you to watch Movies on Foxtel or Netflix. There is also a DVD player along with books, games and toys for all ages. The Adult lounge room is a beautiful peaceful space letting in the glorious afternoon sunshine. Relax and watch Foxtel or Netflix, read a book or look out over the garden as you dip into your grazing plate. Don't forget your favourite beer or bubbles! The New deck looks out onto the glorious Pool, Grassed areas and Playground. It's a great place to watch the kids safely swim and play happily. Make sure you get the adrenaline pumping with a game of soccer or cricket! Finish your day with a nice glass of red by the fire pit or just watch the sunset disappear among the trees. (Fires must follow fire restrictions of course!) Your pets are welcome but need to be approved prior to arrival. While we are pet friendly we appreciate the advanced notice. We also ask you to pick up after them! Seriously.... what more could you ask for!?! ***NEWS*** We are excited to announce we are building a BMX track! Don't forget to bring your bikes if you can! We are within 5 minutes of Mount Martha and Mornington's amazing beaches and town centres, and on the doorstep to the Vineyards and Brewery's.
