A very popular town house for our holiday portfolio, enjoy this lovely freshly spruced up townhouse, perfect for the family getaway, complete with a table tennis table in the garage. Our owners have put a lot of effort into providing everything for the perfect beach getaway, suits an extended family or two families. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, leads out to the rear sunroom where you can sit and relax with family and friends, around a BBQ lunch. Set with 3 bedrooms, master with a queen bed, second bedroom double, both with their own separate balcony access, where you can open the glass doors to let the sea breeze in on a hot summers night, the 3rd bedroom is a kids bunk room with 2 sets of bunks. The perfect kids retreat. The bathroom is complete with shower and bath is located upstairs with separate toilet, whilst the laundry area downstairs has a 2nd separate toilet for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher and plenty of bench space, The dining and sunroom outdoor table has plenty of seating for all guests to enjoy a meal together, whilst there is plenty of seating to relax in the lounge where the family can sit and watch Netflix at the end of a long day at the beach. Located within just a 2-3 minute drive to the beach, surf club and local cafe, the Fingal sports club just around the corner, or a 5-10 minute stroll to the edge of the infamous Fingal Bay Surf beach, where the waters are crystal blue and the sands pure white. There is so much to do and see, take a walk across the spit to shark island, take out the boat, the jets ski, the sup, have a surf, swim or just dayz in the sun on the white sandy shores. This property is located in the most perfect beach getaway location. Adventurous guests are catered for with a broad range of activities including quad bike riding, parasailing, game fishing, scuba diving, 4-wheel-driving plus jet-ski and boat hire. Nature lovers aren’t forgotten as Fingal Bay is completely immersed by the surrounding National Park with an abundance of bush walking tracks, native birds and flora as well as koalas, echidnas and kangaroos which you won’t have to walk far from the property to see. Barry Park, located at the south eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach, is a great vantage point for spotting humpback whales from Mid-May to Mid-November, there is a beach boat ramp to launch small vessels only and plenty of rocky ledges to cast a line. Linen: All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers, we do not triple sheet. BYO Beach Towels. Property Specific Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.   Notes: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7. For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure. If we had more properties in our management portfolio, we could easily get them booked. Demand is high and supply just can’t keep up.
