The house is 130 square meters and is accessed via a foyer-like ground-level conservatory (with pellet stove), from which you can enjoy a magnificent view at any time.  The fenced garden, which is elaborately designed in the Mediterranean flair has two cozy terraces, two sheltered sitting areas, a garden pond and a ca. 1.20 m deep swimming pond with beach chair. A barbecue is also available and a new garden shed and a large carport complete the overall impression. Holiday home Bella Vista: The house is conditionally barrier-free and suitable for up to six people and has three separate bedrooms (140 x 200/160 x 200/200 x 200), two bathrooms (1 x bath / WC, 1 x shower / WC), one spacious living-dining room with tiled stove and integrated open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, two coffee machines, toaster), attached conservatory with dining table and six chairs. Other equipment: two TVs (living room and bedroom), stereo, Blue-ray / DVD player, washing machine with dryer, iron / ironing board, hairdryer, wireless internet, bed linen, towels and tea towels (once). Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
