Dating back to the 18th century, it has been completely restored by its owners and now offers a peaceful holiday retreat. The main house has three bedrooms: the first, on the ground floor, benefits from a private bathroom. Upstairs a bedroom with two single beds turns into a room for 4 with 2 pull-out beds, making it ideal for children. The third bedroom is very spacious and includes a large sofa with television and video games (a Wii). The second house is located close to the pool and has two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The house is ideal for guests seeking peace and privacy as it also has an open-plan kitchen and living area. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a selection of questrian centers and hiking trails are nearby. You may wish to hire one of the few bicycles on offer and explore the local area oe hop in a car and explore some of the most beautiful bastides in the south-west of France. Be sure to visit the walled city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and enjoy its many summer events. Founded in 1253 by Alphonse de Poitiers on the borders of Périgord and Guyenne, Villeneuve-sur-Lot was one of the largest and most powerful bastides in the Haut-Agenais.
