A fresh renovated kitchen has complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a leafy outlook, there is a small Weber BBQ provided. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a Single Bunk and Single Bed, the main bathroom has a shower, large vanity, and toilet. The laundry is located externally from the unit off the courtyard, it provides a washing machine & dryer. Unit 3 also has one undercover car space. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 – 1 x Single Bunk Bed + 1 Single Bed Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following: Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am Any other day – 10pm to 8am
