Rent a beautiful family house with its garden in Pen Ar Guer, a hamlet located in a small cul-de-sac which guarantees you tranquility and rest. (Municipality of Crozon-Morgat) It is located in the heart of the Armorique Natural Park, a few minutes walk from La Palue beach, a fine sandy beach 2km long and a favorite spot for surfers, Île Vierge ranked in the top 20 of the most beautiful beaches of the world by "The Guardian" and GR34 trails… Many activities are to be discovered You can enjoy an outdoor area of around 700m² and benefit from a sunny garden all afternoon, a garden furniture with deckchairs, a table for 10 people and a barbecue. Our house includes on the ground floor an open and equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and small appliances) of about 60m² with a wood stove, sofa bed. Also on the ground floor, two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with bath-shower, WC and a saddler with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a large bedroom (160 cm bed) and its relaxation-reading area, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. The house is equipped with satellite TV (French and German channels), CD-DVD player, DVD, books, garden and beach games. Access to Netflix. You can park 2 to 3 cars in the entrance.
