Luxurious pool , patio, sports bar

Luxury Colonial with Pool/patio/hot tub and Sports basement. Due to overwhelming demand I've decided to just rent this out to family's for an extended stay (3 days or more for 4 people). Or for corporate events last year Porsche the car company rented for a week. The only other option would be full price for up to six people to rent pool. I'm not going to let 10 plus people have a party at my house. I'm sorry. Thank you. I've had some great experiences with this and some bad ones all I ask is be a good person. If we agree to 4 people and you show up with 40 it will be shut down immediately. (If you want more than 4 than we can negotiate a fee based on how many people. I've had many good respectable people and some bad ones. Good vibes only please :)
