Located in Cancale, 400 meters from the beach of Port Mer, this 4-bedroom house can accommodate up to 15 people. On the ground floor, it has a large living/dining room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a completely refurbished bathroom with separate toilet. - On the 1st floor you will find 4 rooms. A double bedroom with a bed of 160x200xcm and a single bed, two bedrooms each with a single bed and bunk beds (double bed of 140 at the bottom and single bed at the top), as well as a separate single bed and a bathroom renovated this winter with separate toilets. This is a terraced house with a studio, ideal for 3 people. This studio and the house are separated by a scullery. This studio has a private outdoor area, separated from the large garden of the house which consists of a terrace with table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. The American kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/clothes, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The common laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. Baby kit available on site.
