As shown in the photos, this property has unfenced access to an expanse of bush nearby. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property. As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.
