The ground floor has a living room, kitchen and additional restroom, while internal stairs lead to the first floor, which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with sea views. Outside you will find a covered terrace with good garden furniture and an open terrace with barbecue and whirlpool. Since the property is approx. 40,000 m² and the nearest neighbour is approx. 500 m away, you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquillity. After crossing the local streets you can use the entire plot to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a bathing spot surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organized every year from the coast.
