The property is set near the owner's home, an iconic Water Tower conversion in an elevated position on the western outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Seaton. Outside, guests have a private patio with seating and full use of a large lawn area and there is a balcony on the first floor which offers views over the Devon countryside. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants in this small Devon town are within a few minutes drive or a walk of around a mile and a half for the more adventurous.  Explore the stunning Axe Estuary and Wetlands, abundant with bird and wildlife, or why not visit the unique Seaton Tramway and Jurassic Coast Centre. The beach is perfect for watersports with sailing, windsurfing and paddleboarding permanent features in the bay. The picturesque fishing village of Beer, just a five minutes drive, is host to the famous Pecorama and Quarry Caves and self-drive motor boats can be hired from the beach.  With the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth within 15 minutes by car this property is a great base for discovering this recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).  Please note: A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you would like to bring a dog then this is charged at £20 per week (or part week). The staircase is not suitable for stairgates to be used.
