Graded by English Heritage of national importance, dating back centuries, love has been poured into its restoration to provide a special place for our guests where history meets modern day luxuries. Full of character including an enviable slipper bath - a massive hit with past guests - super comfy king size bed, relaxing downstairs area with all the amenities guests have wanted, Sweet Rose has been welcoming guests since 2009. With some welcome gifts as a thank you, combined with our own detailed information on walks/beaches/restaurants /man-made and even natural attractions to guide guests to the many gems in the locality, Sweet Rose offers a wonderful, relaxing and cosy place to stay from which they can explore gems in our area of South Devon, the English Riviera, with or without their four legged friend in tow. Should guests decide to remain at the cottage, outside they have access to the cottages lovely, secure courtyard, old walled garden and further garden, with an array of furniture and BBQ. All come with parking and, in case guests wish to stay at home; access to secure courtyard, orchard and main gardens - with sun loungers, BBQs and play equipment - whilst inside TVs, super-fast WIFI and access to Netflix. ‘Sweet Rose’ is our quaint, cosy 1-bedroom cottage brimming with character with enviable slipper bath, super comfy king size bed and separate toilet. Downstairs you find an open plan relaxing area with double settee, diner and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Towels and linen are always provided along with welcome gifts as a thank you. ‘Honeysuckle’ is the perfect destination for an English Riviera holiday. This 2-bedroom cottage can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests plus infants. On the first floor are 2 beautiful double bedrooms, with super king size beds that can separate into twin plus a stylish bathroom. On the ground, there is a large open planned area with fully equipped kitchen with the necessary dishwasher and washing machine, 2 double settee lounge and diner. ‘Threshing Barn’ is the semi-detached mirror image of Honeysuckle; just with more rooms and bathrooms! As 4 bedroom it can comfortably welcome 8 guests and with 3 bathrooms – one downstairs – there’ll be no queuing. With super king size, king size and twin beds everyone is comfortable, and a massive open planned downstairs give plenty of space to relax and enjoy, with 3 super settees, huge dining area and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including the rocking lamb (not horse!).
