Pujol den Miquel is a wonderfully comfortable country house with lots of natural light, which has been completely restored in a beautiful, traditional, rustic design. The original facade is partially covered with natural stones, inside the ceilings are designed with traditional wooden beams. From the double-height entrance hall we reach the open living room and kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table. The cozy living room has access to the front terrace and pool. The ground floor has a bedroom and a separate shower nearby. A staircase leads from the hall with a beautifully designed iron railing to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, which share a separate bathroom with a head shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning cold / warm with a fixed and limited period of use. outdoor facilities The spacious outdoor area offers a fantastic view over trees to the central plain of Mallorca and the mountain landscape in the distance, the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the country. There is a large terrace in front of the house and a beautiful stone terrace around the kidney-shaped pool (10 m x 5 m, depth min 1.20 - 1.40 m - 1.85 m max) with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The children's pool has a diameter of 3 m with a depth of 0.65 m. On one side of the terrace is a spacious covered terrace with a brick grill and a large table with benches for 'al fresco' meals. Furthermore there is the utility room and a toilet with shower. A second covered area has a table tennis table ready for the sporting pleasure of the whole family.
