It can sleep up to 9 people as there is a sofa-bed (2 pax) and a fold up bed (1pax) - this has an extra cost per night. Prices are based on 6 people and a supplement of €15/night applies to the sofa bed and €10/night applies to the folding bed. The villa is situated in a rural cul-de-sac just minutes from the local villages of Terrugem with a small selection of typical restaurants, supermarkets and general services. The villa is half an hour from Cascais, Sintra or Lisbon. The Lisbon coast is a world renowned surfing region and has an abundance of beautiful beaches several of which are in close proximity. The Neighborhood: The small town of Terrugem is fine for every day needs but for a more atmospheric experience the drive to Ericeira is well worth it for good cuisine and a very typical Portuguese fishing village atmosphere. Getting Around: The small town of São João das Lampas (500m away) is fine for every day needs but for a more atmospheric experience the drive to Sintra (10Km) which is a charming village famous for its scenic and picturesque sitings or even Ericeira (15Km) is well worth it for good cuisine and a very typical Portuguese fishing village atmosphere.
