It is an excellent area to practice surfing all year round. There is an entertainment and animation plan, with special emphasis on the summer months, in Jardim do Marquês; as well as summer festivals between Oeiras and Lisbon, Quiet location and close to everything, between the city, the beaches and the countryside, in a very welcoming environment. Within a 7-minute walk, the train station is a comfortable and convenient solution for travel to Lisbon and Cascais. There is a car park for those who prefer to drive.
