The Annex offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing self-catering holiday in the beautiful village of Hanley Swan near Malvern. The Annex sits within the grounds of side of Orchard Side Bed & Breakfast, so if you want to add breakfast to your stay for an additional fee, that's no problem. The Annex is DOG FRIENDLY and is accessed via electric gates, with a dedicated parking space and you have independent access to the property. The layout is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and plenty of utensils to help make your stay ‘home from home‘. The open plan lounge has a good quality Sofa Bed, comfy reclining chair, dining table, four chairs, flat-screen TV with Freeview, a DVD Player, a CD/digital radio player and free WIFI. There is a spacious bathroom with WC, hand basin, bath and wall-mounted power shower and towels are provided. The patio doors lead out onto a paved area neighbouring the owner’s garden. There is a lovely fish pond and waterfall which gives the relaxing sound of water when you sit out and enjoy the view. The bedroom has a king-size bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws, and it looks out onto a paved courtyard. There is a fantastic pub in the village that serves amazing food and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.
