The Trade Winds Resort, a 3.7ac property on the top of a hill of Besse s/Issole (Var) at 1040ft above sea level, panoramic view on the Moor mountains, 40 minutes from the beaches, quiet with nice features, weekend packages from September to June: - Villa wing A, 2928 ft², 12 sleeps: 2 lounges of 721 ft² and 431 ft², 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets, 1 kitchen - Villa wing B, 753 ft², 6 sleeps: 1 living-room/bedroom of 377 ft² with king size bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 toilet, 1 kitchen - 1 double sofa bed and 2 inflatable camping mattresses to help out for up to 22 sleeps - Maximum capacity for receptions: 55-60 guests - Large tables for 20+ guests seated - 1 Billiard table, 4 TVs, WiFi, 2 pianos, fireplace - Dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, washing machine, 2 microwaves, etc... - Large terraces, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols - Unlimited parking on the property Included (exclusive use): - Heated swimming pool 775 ft² under alarm - Gaming house 549 ft² with table tennis and football table - Bowl ground - Badminton Three options payable on arrival are also available: - Option 1 : Housekeeping at the end of the stay, including the provision of bed linens (sheets, covers, pillowcases) and their washing after the stay (€295, required beyond 16 guests and from April to October) - Option 2 : Professional sound system 2 x 1200 W with disco lightings - Option 3 : Tents in the park (not provided) up to 5 tents 2 places or similar - Children welcome, pets accepted - Beaches: Le Pradet 23mi, Hyères 24mi, St-Tropez 35mi Weekend packages 48 hours, 3 days / 2 nights and 72 hours from September to June.
