Located 7.5 kilometers from the sea, a few minutes from the famous coastal village of Cervo, the small rural village of Deglio Faraldi is located in the hills of Liguria. Il Mulino a Vento, together with Il Pescatore and Il Cavaliere, is located in La Casa Gialla, completely renovated and furnished in 2012. The Yellow House is located adjacent to La Casa Rosa, in which two further apartments are available (La Bottega del Fabbro and La Ginestra). The apartments of La Casa Gialla and La Casa Rosa have been classified each with the words 'Tre Soli' by the Province of Imperia. The Three Suns Certification represents the highest qualification for all structures belonging to the category: 'Holiday Homes and Apartments'. The Ai Torki Restaurant, located 200 meters from our apartments, is a historic local town where you can taste a typical Ligurian cuisine based on fish and local dishes. For reservations made during the summer and on holidays, we offer the 'Welcome Basket' containing characteristic products of our territory selected among our excellences depending on availability and season: Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pesto, Pickled Olives, Wine Vermentino. These foods are typical Ligurian products of excellent quality coming from our lands. Contact us to know our offers. Rates shown include: - Wifi; - SAT TV; - Electricity and gas; - Two parking spaces in the house for common use with the other holiday makers; - Ample parking in the town square immediately below; - Welcome basket with typical Ligurian products (for the summer and on holidays). The linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) is available on request for the cost of 10 euros per person. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in the same condition in which it was found; otherwise there is a cost of 50 euros to cover the cleaning costs.
