Any evidence of smoking inside will incur additional cleaning fees. b) No guests or visitors without prior approval. c) No pets allowed. d) Please be respectful of our neighbours and minimise all noise between 10pm – 7am. e) Strictly no parties or events. g) Loss of keys and remote controls will incur replacement fees. h) Treat the property as if it was your own home and when departing, ensure the property is in the same state as it was found when you checked in.
