We suggest you to spend your holidays in Tuscany in this beautiful 19th century villa transformed into a cozy holiday home immersed in a large park with centuries old trees and equipped with a beautiful private swimming pool. The property is located in the green Mugello countryside at ca. 4 km from Borgo San Lorenzo, where you will find all kinds of shops and services. In this corner of paradise you can spend most of the day outdoors, sunbathing by the pool, reading a book in the shade of the trees, organizing fun barbecues on the brick barbecue and then eating outdoors in the equipped area! The villa has a rather favorable geographical position both for making trips in the beautiful nature of the Mugello, and for your cultural visits in the surrounding area. Indeed, Florence is easily reachable by car (approx. 35 km) or if you prefer, by train from the Borgo San Lorenzo railway station. If you love shopping, don't miss the opportunity to visit a nearby outlet (approx. 24 km), while sports lovers should plan a day trip to Lake Bilancino (approx. 22 km), which is swimmable but also attracts enthusiasts of sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Other distances: Scarperia and the Mugello international racetrack (approx. 15 km), golf course and riding school (approx. 15 km). NB. The back of the villa is adjacent to another house, which is completely independent. On request 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs are available free of charge. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled times must be agreed with the owner at least two weeks before arrival. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
