This lovely portion of a two-family holiday home located in Corno di Rosazzo, in the heart of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, is surrounded by green woods and vineyards. The accommodation, which is spread over two floors, is obtained from an old farmhouse and maintains its original architectural features, such as exposed beams and stone walls. From the common terrace, equipped with tables and chairs, you can admire the meadows and woods surrounding the farmhouse. The guests of the accommodation can use a shared swimming pool which is approx. 1.5 km away. This area is really ideal for nature lovers, who can choose from many excursions on marked routes, practicable on foot, by mountain bike or bicycle. Here the cycle paths wind through very beautiful landscaped places and often cross the production areas of famous Friulian wines, known all over the world! Your apartment is also a perfect starting point to discover the historical and artistic beauties of the area: Cividale del Friuli (10 km) with the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Gorizia (18 km), Udine (24 km) and Trieste (60 km) as well as the historic Palmanova and Aquileia. For those who do not want to give up a day at the beach, the closest beach is in Marina Julia (approx. 30 km) but also the equipped beaches of Grado, very suitable for families with children, are an excellent alternative! The accommodation is also located on an agricultural farm, where, after agreement with the owner, guests will have the opportunity to taste typical products and wines. The fifth bed is located in a passageway between the two double bedrooms. Arrivals are possible only between 4 pm and 7 pm. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
