Three bedrooms the main with a queen bed, second bedroom a double bed and a set of bunks and the third bedroom with a tri-bunk. Enjoy the spacious fenced yard perfect to bring your dog with you or to enjoy a game of backyard cricket. Rear lane access makes this a perfect property for boats. The perfect home for the large family or for couples wanting to escape for a relaxing holiday in Hat Head. Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available- all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club. There are a lot of walking tracks to choose fromand visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach. Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.
