This property is perfect to spent time with your family, the complete playground will offer hours of fun for the kids and the BBQ area will bring it to the adults. The neighborhood has a family atmosphere, if your travelling for business or pleasure, this property will meet your expectations. The apartment comes fully furnished, plenty of space on the living room to enjoy movie afternoons with everything ready in the kitchen to cook your favorite meals. Linen and towels are included. I'll be available for you during business hours, after 8:00 pm I may take longer to reply because it's my family time, but definitely will have my phone by my side to answers your questions. After 10:00 pm, please call me if necessary more than twice so I can answer the phone and help you the unique playground will assure a fun time for kids, the BBQ area it's safe enough for grown ups to spend hours cooking. There is a swimming pool and gym quite close, and for a small fee you will be able to also exercise. The Race course for the Melbourne cup will be close, but if you're planning to go to the city, a train or bus will take you quite fast to the city. Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found. Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
