Outside there is a spacious plot with a terrace where you can enjoy the view of fields and forests. The house is not far from the two ferries Udbyhøj and Voer. There are several golf courses within reasonable distance from the house. 5 minutes to the beach by St. Sjørup. No letting to youth groups.
